English lecture over...so milkshakes...MILKSHAKES! I first had a 'Shake Away' milkshake several years ago. They are the most amazing things! You start off with a base of vanilla and then you can add whatever you want to it. The business shut down so I came up with an idea - we could make them in our blender at home! So we tried it and the result was remarkable! We've done it a few times since - just to perfect the recipe (of course...). I've added different things every time and different quantities to give a new texture! So I thought I'd share the recipe with you:
RECIPE FOR MILKSHAKES
Ingredients :
300ml milk
3 scoops of icecream (desired flavour)
A bundle of stuff to put in (bisuits, chocolate bars, fruit (?), meringues, mini rolls work really well, cake - anything you've got)
Method:
Place the milk and icecream in a blender or food processor. Blend. Gradually incorporate the ingredients until smooth. Pour into glass. Drink. Enjoy!
I made these today with my brother to cheer us up :) it worked!
